The Mississippi College Law Review will host a Symposium titled Regulatory Revolution: How the Evolving Administrative Law Landscape Will Impact Legal Practices in April 2025. The Symposium will feature panels focused on recent changes in Administrative Law and its impact on various legal practices. In conjunction with this event, Volume 44 of the Review will include a Symposium Issue. As part of its annual symposium and accompanying volume, the Mississippi College Law Review seeks abstracts for papers that address issues related to administrative law.
GUIDELINES AND DEADLINES
The Mississippi College Law Review welcomes academic papers addressing issues related to administrative law. We welcome submissions from both legal scholars and practitioners. While papers of any length will be considered, the ideal length of submissions is between 7,000 and 10,000 words. Submissions should conform to the latest edition of the Bluebook.
Please send any submissions to lawreview@mc.edu with "2025 Call for Papers" in the subject line. Final papers will be due to Mississippi College Law Review in late August 2025.
Early expressions of interest and/or full paper submissions are welcome.
