Professor of Law

Randall K. Johnson is a Professor of Law and Director of the Public Service Law Center at Mississippi College. He teaches Administrative Law, Corporate Income Taxation, Federal Income Taxation, Law & Economics, Local Government, Remedies, Trusts and Wills & Estates. Professor Johnson's recent scholarship appears in the Iowa Law Review (2021; 2017), California Law Review Online (2020), Minnesota Law Review Headnotes (2019) and Indiana Law Journal Supplement (2018).
