Mary E. Miller is Assistant Dean of Information, Technology and Legal Research and Professor of Law at Mississippi College School of Law. She served as the State Law Librarian of the Mississippi State Law Library from 1991 to 1999, and a law clerk to the late Presiding Justice Michael Sullivan of the Mississippi Supreme Court from 1990 to 1991. She received a B.A. from Asbury College, a J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law, and an M.L.S. from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is co-author of Mississippi Rules Annotated, published by MLI Press, and is co-editor (with Professors Jeffrey Jackson and Donald Campbell) of the Encyclopedia of Mississippi Law. She prepares a weekly e-mail subscription service providing summaries of Mississippi court cases to attorneys.
