About the Chef: Field Nicaud, founder of numerous Gulf Coast eateries including Field’s Steak and Oyster Bar and Field’s Italian, is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York. Nicaud gained experience at the esteemed fine dining restaurant Eleven Madison Park and with the Spanish Consulate, before returning to the coast. He was asked to exclusively cater VIP inauguration events for former Governor Bryant and current Governor Reeves. We are excited to have him lend his culinary skills to the night!
