  • Member, Mississippi Business Law Advisory group which drafted complete revision of the Mississippi Business Corporation Law, the Mississippi Nonprofit Corporation Law, and the Mis­sissippi Limited Partnership Law: and significant amendments to the Mississippi Securities Act and the Mississippi Tender Offer Law in 1986 and 1987. The group recently completed the Mis sissippi Limited Liability Company Act and Limited Liability Partnership provisions and con tinues to draft legislation to update earlier projects and revise outdated business law provisions in Mississippi .
