MC School of Law’s commitment to student success is receiving national attention through the leadership of Assistant Dean of Career Services Ellen Robb, who was recently featured in Education Insider Magazine in an article highlighting her approach to guiding law students “with perspective and purpose.”
Robb’s leadership has helped drive exceptional outcomes for MC Law graduates. According to the American Bar Association Employment Questionnaire, 94% of the Class of 2025 secured employment within 10 months of graduation, a reflection of the law school’s strong career preparation and student support efforts.
“These outcomes reflect the dedication of our students, faculty, alumni, and career services team,” Robb said. “We are committed to helping students identify their goals and equipping them with the tools and connections needed to succeed.”
MC Law also earned national recognition in the 2026 U.S. News & World Report rankings, placing No. 30 among law schools with the most graduates serving in federal clerkships. MC Law shares the ranking with nationally respected institutions including New York University, Northwestern University, and Georgetown University.
In the Education Insider Magazine feature, Robb discussed the importance of individualized mentorship, relationship-building, and preparing students to confidently pursue opportunities across the legal profession. Her work continues to play a significant role in connecting MC Law students and graduates with meaningful career opportunities throughout the region and beyond.
Dean John Anderson praised Dean Robb’s dedication to students, saying, “Dean Robb’s personal commitment to our students and their career success perfectly embodies MC Law’s motto: A Legal Education One Relationship at a Time. This recognition by Education Insider is well deserved, and we could not be more proud.”
The recognition highlights MC Law’s continued momentum in graduate employment, judicial clerkship placement, and career development support for future attorneys.
