Pace Environmental Law moot court team reaches national semifinals

Second-year students Michael Bentley and Amanda Edge-Gougeon were named national seminfinalists in the Pace Environmental Law Moot Court Competition.   Additionally, Michael and Amanda received awards for the Best Appellee Brief and the Second Best Brief Overall.  Also, Michael was recognized as the Best Oralist in Preliminary Round I.   

The team was coached by Kelly Riley Blackwood '99 who practices Environmental Law with Phelps Dunbar.  Professors Kettles and Challener also advised the team.
