The Business & Tax Law Center provides the analytical tools necessary for an attorney to integrate the legal, financial, economic, and taxation issues involved in making decisions and taking actions in today’s global business world.
The center connects law students with practicing attorneys and business leaders, and creates opportunities for representatives of each discipline to work together toward common business goals.

The Business and Tax Law Center’s activities include:
- Support of faculty research activities and presentations
- Focused course offerings, externships, research projects, and moot court competitions
- A Business and Tax Law Speaker Series, which brings internationally renowned business and tax law scholars and practitioners to the law school
