Professor Bowman speaks at AALS Midyear Meeting on International Law.
On Tuesday, June 19, 2007, Professor Gregory Bowman participated in a panel on International Trade Law at the American Association of Law Schools' Midyear Meeting on International Law in Vancouver, Canada. The theme of the conference was "What is Wrong With the Way We Teach and Write International Law?" Professor Bowman presented an article-in-progress entitled Winning the Battle but Losing the War? Reflections on Extraterritorial Jurisdiction in U.S. Export Control Laws. Also participating in this panel were Professor Joel Paul, University of California Hastings College of the Law; Professor Andrea Bjorklund, University of California Davis School of Law; and Juscelino Colares, Syracuse University College of Law.
