Randall K. Johnson is an Associate Professor of Law, and Director of the Public Service Law Center, at Mississippi College. He teaches Administrative Law, Corporate Income Taxation, Federal Income Taxation, Law & Economics, Local Government Law and Will & Estates. Professor Johnson's scholarship appears in recent issues of the Iowa Law Review, the Indiana Law Journal Supplement, the Chicago-Kent Law Review, the Columbia Journal of Tax Law, the New York University Journal of Legislation and Public Policy Quorum and the Wake Forest Law Review Online.
