Instructor, Legal Analysis and Communication
David Parker is a 2010 graduate of Mississippi College (B.S., Political Science) and a 2013 graduate of the Mississippi College School of Law, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Mississippi College Law Review. After graduation, David practiced workers' compensation law in Clinton, Miss., before returning to Mississippi College. There, he worked in both the Office of Global Education and in the Office of Student Success.
David joins the MC Law faculty as an Instructor of Legal Writing 1 and 2. Additionally, he teaches Constitutional Development, a constitutional law and history course, at MC's undergrad campus.
Parker is a native of Meridian, Miss. He has contributed multiple chapters to the Mississippi Encyclopedia of Law. Outside of work, David volunteers with Main Street Clinton and is currently serving on its Board of Directors.
