Military Customs and Courtesies
While each member of the Society is considered an equal voice in the Society, certain customs and courtesies must be adhered to. Unless asked to cease by the member all members of the Society, during formal meetings, will address each other as Mr./Ms./Mrs. unless the member is a current or retired military member and then will be addressed by his or her rank. The Command Group will be addressed by Sir or Ma’am during formal meetings. While the Society is not officially affiliated with any military organization, our inherent structure mandates customs and courtesies be respected.
