Continuing Legal Education

MC LAW hosts 26 - 32 CLE events annually. Speakers are selected in part based on evaluations from attendees, who have a voice in choosing the topics presented and the speakers they wish to hear more from in the future.

“I’ve been a lawyer for over 50 years and have been to hundreds of CLEs. The thing that stands out about MC Law’s CLEs is the great administration. In addition to information that a lawyer really needs, MC Law provides attention to detail, ease of registering, and flexibility without trauma when unexpected things come up about the arrangements.”Judge Mary Libby Payne

Continuing Success

MC Law's Continuing Legal Education Department offers a variety of seminars which provide valuable, up-to-date information for judges and attorneys.  Participants not only stay abreast of changes in the law, but also have the opportunity to develop new professional contacts.

Each seminar meets the guidelines set forth in the Rules and Regulations for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) in Mississippi.  Most courses are also accredited in other states.
