Scholarships for Returning Students
MC Law awards scholarships to students who have excelled academically during the previous year of study. These scholarships include full tuition and partial tuition scholarships based on class standing. No application is required for these scholarships as the top performing students are automatically considered. A number of students who come to MC Law without scholarship assistance earn full or partial tuition scholarships for their remaining years of law school.
Hearin Fellow Scholarships
Hearin Fellows are selected in accordance with the terms of a grant from the Hearin Support Foundation. Students are considered based on academic performance, leadership, and participation in law school activities. Preference is given to students with a Mississippi connection. No application is required.
MC Law awards other scholarships each spring as part of the Law Day awards ceremony. These scholarships are sponsored by law firms, groups, or individuals and carry their own criteria, including academic performance, leadership, and service.
