The Review prefers to receive manuscripts in Microsoft Word format. Citations must conform to the eighteenth edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. We look to Bryan Garner's Redbook for guidance on grammar, style, and usage in legal writing, and to The Chicago Manual of Style generally.
You may submit in one of two ways:
