Meeting Room Manager Instructions
The Meeting Room Manager is designed to allow users to check availability of rooms and reserve them for meetings. The calendar is located at the following link: http://lawwin2k3.mc.edu/MRM7/default.aspx
This link will bring up a login box similar to the one below. Users should enter the username: caluser and the password: caluser and click 'OK'.

After a successful login, the user will be brought to a screen that lists the availability of each room for that particular day, like the following:

From this screen, simply click on the timeslot under the appropriate room to pull up a page that will allow the user to set up a reservation. The user can also click on the 'Week' or 'Month' link to view and select dates in the future, or select a specific date from the calendar on the left side of the page. The user can also select which rooms they would like to view by clicking on the 'Admin Building', 'Classroom Building', 'Student Center', or 'Library' on the left side of the page, or see all locations by selecting 'Law School'.

On this screen, the user is able to provide information about the event that is being scheduled, such as, start and end times, title, host, client name, etc. Once all appropriate information has been filled out, click 'Save and Close' at the bottom of the screen to submit the reservation request. Upon submission, an email is sent to an administrator to approve the request. The calendar will be updated with all approved requests shortly after their submission. Rooms are not actually reserved until the request has been approved, you will recieve notification once your request is approved.
When you have finished, remember to log out by clicking the 'Logoff' link in the upper right corner of the page.
